Welcome to my new blog on African American history and culture! Since 2001, this website has evolved into a rich information resource for students, educators, diversity specialists, and more. I have received many positive compliments over the years. I was an African American Studies major in college and earned master's degree in social work and education. Thus, I feel very passionate about this topic and hope people learn more about the accomplishments of African-Americans. This blog will cover annual Black History Month themes as well as relevant discussions. Please leave comments! I will love to hear from readers!
